1. How much is the shipping cost?

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 on all orders across Pakistan.

2. How long does delivery take?

  • Major cities: 2 working days

  • Remote areas: Up to 5 working days

3. Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive courier details or tracking information via WhatsApp or Email.

5. What is your return policy?

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.

6. How do I request a return or refund?

7. Are shipping charges refundable?

No, the Rs. 200 shipping fee is non-refundable, 

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across Pakistan.
